One of Heroes of the Storm’s biggest strengths is the fact that it consists of characters that come from various different games from the blizzard universe. In this article we’ll be talking about the characters that we have the most fun playing as in this game.

Of course it’s worth mentioning that the heroes mentioned in this article are by no means the ‘strongest’ in terms of balance. They’re just the ones that are extremely fun to play and have some of the most creative character designs out there.

Diablo

Diablo is one of the most iconic characters of the blizzard universe. He’s basically the primary antagonist of the Diablo series and in Heroes of the Storm he’s an absolute delight to play as. Diablo can displace enemies, apply really strong stuns and he can even deal a massive amount of AoE damage through his Heroic abilities. He’s a very well rounded hero who can fit into pretty much any kind of team composition due to his versatility.

Sgt Hammer

If playing as a massive siege tank doesn’t sound exhilarating to you then nothing will. Sgt Hammer is a really fun hero that has the potential to completely wreck the opposition if used properly. Pretty much every single one his abilities is designed to deal damage and he even has a siege mode in which he immobilizes himself in order to get increased range and bonus damage on every attack. It’s worth mentioning that Sgt Hammer is definitely one of the more difficult heroes out there so you can’t expect to stomp your opponents on your first try as him.

The Lost Vikings

The Lost Vikings is essentially a combination of three different heroes. It’s fair to say that they’re at the absolute top when it comes to difficulty but mastering this hero definitely has its perks because these guys can have impact on multiple different parts of the map simultaneously when utilized properly. They even have a pretty useful heroic ability that brings them all in the same place when its time for battle.

Artanis

Artanis’ insane mobility and solid damage make him one of the most fun heroes that Heroes of the Storm has to offer. He can deal solid AoE damage, lots of single target damage and he even has the ability to swap places with a target enemy hero which makes for some pretty hilarious scenarios in which the enemy gets wrecked before even figuring out what happened.

Sylvanas

Sylvanas is a pretty fun hero who’s pretty much a jack of all trades. She has a moderate skill ceiling, can deal a good amount of damage and can take a fair amount of hits before going down in a fight. Alongside that she even has the ability to control an enemy minion which is pretty useful for a variety of different reasons.

All said and done, the aforementioned heroes in Heroes of the Storm are those that we enjoy playing the most. Needless to say, we recommend giving the game a shot whenever you can because it’s one of the best MOBAs out there.
